Attitude is everything! This is the mantra Stephanie believes is so important to convey in everyday life and in the world of recruitment. Whether identifying candidate leads, conversing with new candidates, working with current internal colleagues, or welcoming new colleagues to the Inclusa team, a positive attitude is essential.
Stephanie had the good fortune of joining the organization in 2011, after 17 years in the insurance industry. Her human resources and family care experience began in 2011, with Community Care Connections. This experience has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to support a variety of recruitment tasks and initiatives. She puts her communications education to good use, through presenting Inclusa’s Total Rewards package to new colleagues. Her sense of humor certainly shines here! Collaborating on new and creative ideas for is her favorite aspect of working with the Talent, Learning & Culture team.
During her spare time, Stephanie loves to sit in the bleachers or theater seats to cheer on her three talented children in their athletic, dance, and musical adventures. Occasionally, she makes time for herself by getting in some golf and volleyball action.
