Are you ready?  The CareDirector Portal goes offline November 1, 2018!

Great news!  We are aligned into one system and one Inclusa portal! Business system alignment occurred on July 1, 2018, when Inclusa Central Region providers were transitioned from CareDirector to the ProNet System already in use by the Western Region.
