In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, ForwardHealth has temporarily changed certain policy requirements for services delivered through telehealth. Inclusa will operate in alignment with the details and recommendations outlined for MCOs. Inclusa members are encouraged to discuss telehealth visit support needs with their Community Resource Coordinator or Health and Wellness Coordinator to discuss options for support!
