Inclusa is partnering with Medical Transportation Management (MTM) to coordinate transportation services for members beginning April 1, 2026. This transition will bring Inclusa and iCare transportation services under a consistent service model.
About MTM
MTM is a transportation management company specializing in non-emergency medical transportation. It works with Medicaid and Medicare programs, government agencies, and managed care organizations to help members access healthcare and community resources.
When will the transition occur?
Inclusa's existing transportation provider contracts will end at the close of March 31, 2026. MTM will begin coordinating services on April 1, 2026.
What does this mean for transportation providers?
Inclusa has mailed letters to affected transportation providers explaining the transition and next steps.
Providers interested in serving Inclusa members through MTM should contact providerswi@mtm-inc.net to begin the onboarding process. MTM will explain credentialing requirements, service expectations, and the steps needed to establish a working relationship.
What does this mean for members?
Members will continue to receive transportation services authorized by their care teams. MTM will coordinate those services and manage the transportation provider network.
Members will also have access to online and mobile tools for requesting transportation.
Why is Inclusa making this change?
Inclusa and iCare have used separate transportation service models. After reviewing internal and external options, MTM was selected to simplify coordination and support a consistent member experience.
