If you are accessing the main WPS provider web page (shown below) at http://www.wpshealth.com/providers/index.shtml you will notice that there is now a login for Family Care providers underneath a message regarding access to the portal for real-time claim status, eligibility, network, secure messaging and more.

Unfortunately, WPS experienced a web site issue and the new portal for claims and eligibility viewing is not functioning yet for Family Care providers.  The new portal login link will reroute you to the portal login you are currently using.  The login information to access your portal account to submit claims using the WPS MoveIt Claim Spreadsheet has not changed.
