Lori DuMars brings over 10+ years of recruiting expertise to Inclusa. She has partnered with all levels of leadership across the organization, to ensure the perfect candidate, along with their unique skill sets, are matched to our positions. Her career began at Kelly Services in Everett, WA where she supported Boeing, hiring employees in the technical arena. She then moved back to Minneapolis, MN and jumped into recruiting for Seagate Technologies, this adventure lasted just over six years. Here, she specifically supported the research and development team hiring for electrical, chemical & mechanical engineers, technicians, administrative staff, and interns. Lori conquered a new challenge and headed to Dakota County, where she focused on hiring for the sheriff department, library systems, and financial services.

In March of 2017, her talents started recruiting with Inclusa Inc., in La Crosse. She excels in recruiting and hiring for nurses, social workers, information technology professionals, and finance colleagues. If there are colleagues of Inclusa operating in your county, you can bet they know of Lori! Lori enjoys the dynamics of the organization and the flexible employment opportunities.

Outside of work, Lori is a busy mom to three boys! You can find her at the local sporting facilities cheering on her kids or enjoying the great outdoors with her husband.
